We will love to hear from you. | Supported Living Support needs are determined together with the young person, the referring agency and any other supportive networks that may be involved. Assessments are individualised and recommendations are made accordingly. The support plan remains entirely flexible. We provide a range of packages to meet individual need. All service users have access to 24 hour staffing either on site or via phone. Our dedicated and enthusiastic team genuinely care about our young people, However, we understand that our primary goal is to prepare them for successful independence and with that in mind we focus all our energies on supporting and teaching them to keep safe and look after themselves, rather than encourage them to rely solely on us to look after them. Lloydscare has an excellent understanding of the legal framework that governs and guides good practice within our service in order to create positive outcomes for young people looked after by the Local Authority and those who are in the process of leaving care. Lloydscare are therefore mindful of the Children Act 1989, Children Act 2004, Every Child Matters: Change for Children in Social Care, Care Matters: Time to deliver for Children in Care (March 2008) and Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000. Lloydscare is committed to working together with Local Authorities in addressing the five key principles detailed in Every Child Matters - irrespective of the young person's background or circumstances. We have our own housing stock that can accommodate a number of different housing related needs including shared and single occupancy living. We are able to offer floating support depending on assessed needs. |
